Fix My TV की website और service use करने से आप नीचे लिखी service terms को समझते और accept करते हैं।
Service Booking
Booking call, WhatsApp या website form से की जा सकती है। Technician visit availability area और timing के अनुसार confirm होती है।
Pricing & Quotation
Repair charges TV model, fault, spare part availability और site visit के बाद final quotation पर depend करते हैं। Final repair customer approval के बाद ही शुरू होती है।
Warranty
Warranty केवल repaired/replaced part और service condition के अनुसार लागू होती है। Physical damage, liquid damage, power fluctuation या misuse warranty में cover नहीं होगा।
